Text.Song Lilei, associate professor at the Institute of Central and Eastern Europe Studies , Tongji University. She is a member of council of Shanghai Institute for European Studies and an assistant secretary General of Shanghai Institute for Russia &Eastern Europe and Central Asia. She teaches the course “China’s foreign affairs and International relations” both in Chinese and English supported by Ministry of Education as one of excellent course from 2013.She has published more than 15 articles at academic periodicals and her doctor thesis is about "European Neighborhood policy and EU’s external governance" is published by Shanghai Renmin publication in July 2011.
