Liu Zuokui, Director of the Department of Central and Eastern European Studies, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. He is also the senior researcher of the Chinese Foundation of International Studies and the Security Research Center of CASS. He got the Doctor Degree in History from the Capital Normal University, Beijing, China in 2005. He is also the deputy secretary general of Chinese Society of European Integration History Studies, and deputy secretary general of Chinese Society of Central and Eastern European Studies.
